Integration Features

The process begins by integrating Splitlist with HubSpot. After integrating the app with HubSpot:

1. Access Splitlist

Access Splitlist within your HubSpot workspace through the app marketplace or by searching "Splitlist" in app integrations.

2. Select Your List

Once opened, select your desired list from the dropdown menu. Use the search bar for quick access or scroll through the options available.

3. Choose Your Splitting Method

Below the list selection dropdown, you'll see three radio buttons: "Split by Number," "Split by Percentage,” and "Random Sample”. Choose the option that aligns with your desired outcome.

* Split by Number: If you want to divide your list into a specific number of sub-lists, select this option. An input field will appear where you can specify the desired number of sub-lists. Splitlist will then automatically distribute your data into many smaller lists.

* Split by Percentage: For focused analysis, choose "Split by Percentage”. Enter the percentage of the list you want to isolate in the provided field. Splitlist will create two new lists – one containing that chosen percentage and another with the remaining items.

* Random Sample: If you need an unbiased selection for research or other purposes select "Random Sample". Enter your desired percentage in the designated field. Splitlist will create a new list containing that percentage of randomly chosen items from your original list.

4. Split Your List

Once you've selected your list, click the "Split List" button. Splitlist will take care of the rest, automating the division process and presenting you with the newly created lists within HubSpot.
